I'm not a DM, but I suggest letting them play the Kobold/Goblinz/etc, but when they die, they get a perma-death token.



And before you all jump at this, remember you spawn in DF, right next to a bunch of guards with bows... Very Happy

I figured, but I'd LOVE to see a goblin spawn, run the gauntlet south looking for a way away from the arrows, only to get mortallly wounded 2 meters from the transition...

That would be friggin' hysterical.
