A small notice in an elegant hand posted near the door of Hesta's

For sale: a fine ring granting the protection of a shield, but without the encumbrance, elegant, silver in colour and etched with ornate arcane carvings. This ring is quite suitable and useful for anyone who can take advantage of shield fighting, but again, not necessitating a shield to take advantage of its protections.

Additionally, I, Turik al-Qaziir ibn Ruhrsark Meshaankt, craft fine arcane wands of a vast array, and at requested potency, these wands, however, are priced commiserate with their power.

On the obverse, I shall pay top coin for collected tomes, books, archives and other assorted reference or arcana. I may most readily be located within the back room of good Miss Hesta's Arcane Emporium.
