I think you could have left that at "I'm in Texas...sad, isn't it?"

I've been there almost a dozen times, mostly in the late "spring" and "summer" times. I won't live anywhere they use an "index" to rate the "temperature".

I have friends in Pittsburgh, PA, and they measure the temp with the "chill" index in the winter, so I won't live there either. It was -14 on my business trip there.
