All exotic or non traditional characters will need to be approved by DM staff. This includes, but is not limited to characters from Rasheman, Kara-Tur, Thay, Anauroch, Maztica, Zakhara and Mulhorand. You will need to know the region backwards and forwards before your application will be considered.
