The following notice is posted around the town of Teshwave. If your character does not spend time there normally, you will need to ask a DM if you would have seen it.

THE PERSON KNOWN AS LOLTHARA IS WANTED ALIVE
THE PRICE FOR HER IS 25,000 GOLD! INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD BRING HER TO TESHWAVE

The shadows were deep on the moonless night. Soundlessly one of the deeper shadows lenghtens, reaches up and pulls a flier off the side of building. The paper seemingly hovers in the darkness a few moments, before dropping to the ground to lay amongst other litter.
