Wayrest Gate

I read that Wayrest is open to other races once more, and I noticed that the inner gate of the pass is no longer locked and the guards are no longer hostile.

The first gate from the forest into the passage is still locked however, so only members can get inside that way. (I didn't check the horsey travel way)
I wasn't sure if this was intentional or not, or merely an oversight.

Ah, my bad. It'll be taken care of asap.
